At korhani home and our associated brands, black label, ko2, studio, red and exhibit korhani home –- we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. we will always do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
We aim to process all online orders within 2-3 business days before shipping. orders placed on the weekend, will not be processed, and shipped until the following weekday. if you changed your mind, want to cancel your order before it is shipped out. please contact 1-866-KORHANI (567-4264) or email firstname.lastname@example.org to speak with one of our agents, available between 8:30 am – 4:30 pm monday to friday.
If your order has been shipped out already and you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund on the cost of the product minus the shipping costs. all customers will have to cover the costs of shipping back to us using the carrier of their choice. accepted refunds are dependent on the return policy.
Return policy overview
We will accept returns and exchanges of rugs in new and resalable condition within 14 days of delivery, with valid proof of purchase.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Custom and personalized items may not be returned.
How to start a return
returns can be initiated online at the applicable website (korhani.com). under the contact us page, please fill out the contact form with all order information, leaving a brief description of the reasoning for the possible return. our agents will reach back out to you over email. if you have any further questions in the meantime, please contact us at 1-866-KORHANI (567-4264) or by email at email@example.com.
Proof of purchase
Proof of purchase is required to issue an exchange, or refund for eligible items. we will accept the following as proof of your purchase.
- original receipt (this includes gift receipt, e-receipt, or electronic order confirmation)
- packing slip
- order number
We can also verify proof of purchase by looking up the email address used to place an order.
Once your order has been accepted for a refund and shipped back to us, using the carrier of your choice. please provide proof of tracking, by sending the tracking number back to the korhani agent you’re in contact with over email, to initiate the return.
Items listed below cannot be returned or exchanged. shipping and handling charges are not refundable. other restrictions may apply.
- items without proof of purchase
- all made-to-measure customized orders
- items purchased as final sale or discounted
- items used and/or damaged through normal wear and tear
We will issue a refund in one of the following ways:
- with proof of purchase: the total purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment, used to make the purchase.
Return items by mail
To return an item by mail, please follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order, ensure the package, and mail it to the korhani home address on your packing slip. if you do not have the packing slip or have misplaced it, please call us at 1-866-KORHANI (567-4264) or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. without proof of purchase, we are unable to accept any items for return or exchange.
Custom orders (made to measure)
These special-order items are made to your individual specifications; therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
However, if a custom or personalized item arrives with a manufacturing defect or with damage caused during transit, we will repair or replace the defective item or damaged area. if that is not possible, we will arrange an exchange. we reserve the right to determine the best course of action.
