There is no order minimum. You can place orders valued up to any cart size.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all Korhani.com orders excluding Made-to-Measure orders. Made-to-Measure customized products will be quoted with shipping to your address.

No charges will apply for shipping fees of the ready made product line. Made-to-Measure products: Specified charges will apply for all customized orders and discussed before the order is placed.

We ship all Korhani.com products using Purolator.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns of the product in new or resalable condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund on the cost minus the shipping costs. You will be responsible for the returned shipping costs.

We will accept returns and exchanges of rugs in new and resalable condition within 14 days of delivery, with valid proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded, therefore the customer will always be responsible for the returned shipping costs.

We process all orders within 2-3 business days. If your order has not been shipped out yet: Please contact our Online Department, using the contact under the contact us page or give us a call at 1-866-KORHANI (567-4264). If emailing, when filling in the form, please write "Order Number | Changing Shipping Address" in the subject line, which we will typically reply to within 1 business day.

We are offering rugs ranging from sizes 2x5ft - 8x10ft, with some shipped folded (depending on style) and others shipped as rolled rugs. This would leave shipment sizes from Medium – Large.

All products are shipped with a label detailing the care and cleaning instructions for that rug.

No. None of the Korhani rugs come with an additional non-slip under the pad.

Our Canadian made rugs are treated with Microban®. You have the option to include Microban® protection on your Made to Measure order.

When a Korhani product is labeled with Microban®: the rug features 24/7 antimicrobial protection which inhibits 99.99% of bacterial growth and is effective at inhibiting stains and orders while improving the life of your rug.

No. Do not dry clean any Korhani products.

Yes. All rugs listed on Korhani.com have a low-medium pile height of 1/4 - 1/2 inches and are great for high-traffic areas with children or pets.
